Operation Graduation to provide a safe and fun graduation celebration for seniors

The 2017-2018 school year is winding down. But for our graduating seniors, the next few weeks are full of banquets, final exams and graduation festivities. After the diplomas are received, tassels switched and graduation caps tossed in the air, it’s time to celebrate the milestone. The 29th Annual Operation Graduation is a an awesome opportunity for seniors and invited lower classmen to relax and make those final high school memories in a safe and fun environment.

“Graduation night is one of the most deadliest nights for teens,” said Monette Bright, FBHS PTSA President and organizer of this year’s Operation Graduation. “The annual event gives the students an opportunity to have fun in a safe and alcohol-free environment.”

Operation Graduation will be held at the Corpus Christi Athletic Club. Students will be able to swim, enjoy a variety of jump house inflatables, play games, win prizes and have one last chance to make memories with classmates.

Registration is from 10 p.m. – 11 p.m. The lock-in begins at 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, and continues through 4 a.m. on Sunday. For more information on this year’s Operation Graduation and waiver forms, click here.
