Parent Involvement

Flour Bluff ISD is deeply devoted to providing a quality education for every student in our district. Campus Parent Involvement Plan

Each campus welcomes parents to volunteer and serve on various district and campus committees. Early Childhood Center

Parent Volunteer Program

Parents and/or community members are encouraged to volunteer at the campus anytime. They may fill out a volunteer registration form at any time. There is a room designated for volunteers to make them feel welcome and appreciated.

PTA

The Early Childhood Center and the Primary School combine their efforts in a joint PTA. Meetings are held approximately once a month and the organization holds various activities throughout the school year.

Research shows that a strong influence by father figures within a student body, perform better in school and have fewer behavior and bullying occurrences. Please contact the campus at 694-9036 for more information.

Primary

Parent Volunteer Program

All parents, family supporters and community members are encouraged to volunteer on the primary campus at any time, any day and any event. We love having individuals on campus who want to help our students and staff and just be a part of the great learning atmosphere. Please stop by the campus to complete a volunteer registration form and bring a valid ID.

Dad’s On Campus (DOCs)

Research shows that a strong influence by father figures within a student body, perform better in school and have fewer behavior and bullying occurrences. Please contact the school counselor, Cindy Blackstone at 694-9649 for more information.
