During a Special Called Board Meeting on November 16th, the Flour Bluff ISD Board of Trustees canvassed the votes from the November 3rd School Board Election. The District had four positions up for election.
School Board members Jerry Hooper, Jeffery Rank and Michael Morgan, who ran for Places 1, 3 & 7 respectively, ran uncontested. Incumbent Jennifer Welp ran against community member Kathy Gromoll. The election was to fill four-year terms to the Board of Trustees for four members. A total of 14,727 votes were cast. The candidates received the following votes:

During the next Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees set for December 3, the four elected individuals of each Place will be sworn into the Board of Trustees of FBISD and take the Oath of Office. At that time, the Board will have the option to reorganize to determine officer positions.
