Flour Bluff ISD offers tuition-free transfers for students who reside outside the boundaries of the district.

New Students Online Registration

You are considered a NEW student if you meet one of the following criteria:

• A student that has never attended Flour Bluff ISD
• A student who has previously attended Flour Bluff ISD but withdrew before the end of the school year
• A student who attended Flour Bluff ISD in prior school years but not last year
