Flour Bluff ISD is proud to announce Bob Chapman as the new Director of Strategic Initiatives. A Flour Bluff graduate and 22-year teacher and coach in the district, Mr. Chapman brings a strong connection to the community and a focus on student success.
He holds a master’s degree in Career and Technical Education and founded the Flour Bluff Sports Information Program, which gives students hands-on experience in broadcasting and media.
In his new role, he will lead district-wide strategic planning and support communication around key initiatives, including the implementation of the Flour Bluff 2025 Bond. Mr. Chapman will help advance long-term goals by fostering transparency, building community partnerships, and supporting college and career readiness.
