FBISD Transportation launches new web-based program for families to locate bus stops

With the start of in-person instruction quickly approaching (Monday, October 5), Flour Bluff ISD Transportation is excited to announce the launch of a web application called “Infofinder I,” which enables district employees, parents and guardians to search for the nearest school bus stop to a home address. The web-based program in an interactive map that can easily and quickly be accessed from any device with online capability. Once the home address and student’s grade are in typed into the program, Infofinder I will provide the bus morning and afternoon route information, location and approximate pick-up and drop-off times.

“We hope that this tool will help assist our families as students return to campus,” said Carlos Vargas, FBISD Director of Transportation. “The online application is designed to help families, students and staff quickly determine the bus route and stop closest to a student’s home.”

Type https://www.infofinderi.com into a web browser.

How to Use:

  1. Scroll down the homepage and locate and click on the Flour Bluff ISD link under the “TX” header.
  2. Enter your street address and zip code into the appropriate text boxes and select your child’s/children’s grade level and school from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click the “Search” button.
  4. The map will display the school bus stop nearest to your home address and will specify the morning pick-up and afternoon drop-off times.
