Molli Martinez has been selected as the Principal for ECC. She currently serves as Principal of George Evans Elementary in Corpus Christi Independent School District. She fosters positive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders and advocates for student success and growth. Her educational philosophy is “Compassion and Commitment in providing the proper, individualized, rigorous yet equitable, education to every student”.
She began her career in education as an Elementary teacher in 2008 and continually desired to impact larger groups of students. Mrs. Martinez’s desire to positively influence and serve students, and her passion to be a life-long learner led her to furthering her education. She is currently a Doctoral of Education student at Texas Tech University. Prior to this, she pursued and obtained her Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. Mrs. Martinez has served as a High School Academic Dean of Curriculum and Instruction, Assessment Coordinator, High School Assistant Principal, Texas Tech Principal Fellow, and Elementary Master teacher in Somerset ISD and Middle school Assistant Principal in Tuloso-Midway ISD.
Molli Martinez, her husband, Matthew Martinez, and two children, Peyton and Trevor, live in the Flour Bluff ISD Hornet Community. She cannot think of anything more rewarding than serving the community and students of Flour Bluff ISD as the Flour Bluff Early Childhood Center Principal.
