On Saturday, October 24, the Flour Bluff Junior High choir students took part in the JH/MS All-Region Choir auditions. This year, auditions were done virtually. Normally, students attend an event and perform in front of judges. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this year students submitted recordings. Despite the new requirements, the Flour Bluff Junior High Choir students were extremely successful with 20 of the students earning a chair in the All-Region Choir.
Additional accolades include four students made one of the top three chairs in their respective sections (Bailey Hutchison-1st Chair Alto, Joshua Garcia-2nd Chair Soprano 2, Katelynn Rumfield and Alaina Featherby-3rd Chair Soprano 2). This is the highest honor junior high choir students can obtain. Congratulations to these top performing JH Choir students.
