During the July Regular Meeting of the Flour Bluff ISD Board of Trustees, the Board approved the appointment to name Brodie Wallace as the new principal for Flour Bluff Junior High. Wallace is currently an assistant principal at Flour Bluff High School.
Wallace has 16 years of educational experience, all of which have been spent leading students in Flour Bluff ISD. He began his career in Flour Bluff ISD in 2003 as a teacher and spent 10 years teaching and coaching. In addition, Wallace was assistant principal at Flour Bluff Junior High in 2012. The last five years, he has been a campus leader at Flour Bluff High School as an assistant principal.
Wallace holds a Bachelor in Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and a Masters from the University of Texas-Arlington.
Brodie Wallace and his wife Kara, Flour Bluff High School Head Volleyball Coach, have three children who attend school in Flour Bluff ISD.
Wallace will begin his new role at Flour Bluff Junior High in early August. He replaces Cindy Holder as principal who retired this summer.
