The Flour Bluff Junior High Treble Varsity Choir and the Non-Varsity Mixed Choir Made Sweepstakes at UIL Middle School Concert & Sight-Reading Contest on Thursday, March 23, in San Antonio. This is the first time Flour Bluff has had a mixed choir earning trophies in over 20 years. Both groups received 1’s for their performances which gave them Superior Ratings in Concert and in Sight-Reading.
“I couldn’t be a more proud and humbled director of these students,” said Micael Kris Perez, Flour Bluff Junior High Choir Director. “All their heart and hard work paid off.”
