Flour Bluff ISD Names Tamara Blair as Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Accountability

Flour Bluff ISD is proud to announce the appointment of Tamara Blair as the district’s new Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Accountability.
A proud Flour Bluff High School graduate, Blair brings 17 years of experience in public education, including the past nine years serving Flour Bluff ISD. During her time with the district, she has served as Assistant Principal, Curriculum Supervisor for the Intermediate and Junior High campuses, and most recently as Dean of Instruction at Flour Bluff High School. Her leadership has centered on strengthening instruction, supporting teachers, and improving student achievement.
Blair and her husband proudly call the Flour Bluff community home, where they are raising their two children, who attend Flour Bluff schools. As a graduate, educator, parent, and community member, she is deeply committed to the district’s continued success.
“I am incredibly honored and grateful for the opportunity to serve Flour Bluff ISD in this role,” Blair said. “Flour Bluff has shaped me as a student, educator, parent, and community member, and it is a privilege to give back to the district that has given so much to my family. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff to strengthen teaching and learning while continuing to pursue excellence for every student.”
