In March 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) was signed into law by President Biden and included $122 billion Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III (ESSER III) funds for K-12 school districts throughout the United States. Flour Bluff ISD has been allocated $6.5 million one-time dollars to use over the next three years. At least 20% of the federal dollars must be used to address learning loss stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

The information provided here will be continuously updated to keep our community informed of how the district plans to utilize the funding the will provide the maximum benefit for Flour Bluff ISD students.
